Beyond the binary - improving near-real time deforestation monitoring by understanding trade-offs between latency and accuracy
Abstract
Similar to the ESA conference from a month prior, this poster illustrated the most recent results of my PhD research. At the time of presentation, detection times were < 5 days with overall F1 scores of > 0.90. Unlike most other conferences, this is a small event (~100 people).
